Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data from DocuCraft at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What data will be deleted?
When you request to delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your user profile information (email address, display name, profile photo URL).
- Your entire document generation and analysis history, including the results and metadata.
- Any uploaded documents still associated with your account (uploaded PDF or DOCX files are already automatically deleted from our storage shortly after processing, as described in our Privacy Policy — this covers any that might remain).
- Your subscription status and purchase history will be disassociated from your user ID.
Please note that anonymized usage data that is not tied to your personal identity may be retained for analytical purposes.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and associated data directly within the app by following these steps:
- Open the DocuCraft application on your device.
- Navigate to the Profile screen from the main menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap on the "Delete Account" button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear to ensure you want to proceed with this permanent action.
- Confirm your choice. Your account and all associated data will be queued for deletion from our systems.

Please provide the email address associated with your account to help us locate your data.
